I had a pleasant experience yesterday in purchasing my 3rd vehicle from the Brackenfell branch. I was assisted by Joseph Fredericks who did full disclosure of the vehicle's service records & did a bumper to bumper inspection with me. After the test drive he also did basic safety checks on the vehicle with me present. The paperwork & sales contract was explained thoroughly.
