I dont trust webuycars at all

I really regret dealing with this company. If there was 0 stars that is what they deserve in my experience with them. Despite calling them and jumping through hoops submitting documentation and complaints, a so-called dekra report stating no oil leaks and no suspension issues, and salesman reassurance that if something is wrong they will not just stand back, they took more than a week after submitting everything to review my complaints and then declined my case which in my opinion was fair seeing as their report did not disclose the issues. My recommendation to buyers - DONT TRUST THE CONDITION REPORTS YOU GET FROM WEBUYCARS, you are no better off than buying private and rather getting a car professionally inspected by agents. They have clearly demonstrated to me that they dont care about customers fair complains. I recommend rather buy from a reputable dealer. Seems that webuycars dont care about anything except making fast money. Its not the first time I had a runin with them either, last time they took weeks to refund my deposit when they could not rectify issues I made conditional on a purchase. And when selling they offered me 15% less than another dealer on buying a clean car from me also. Again, I wont recommend anyone do business with them. Looks flashy and busy, but when it matters they just dont seem to care about customers and complete inaccurate conditon reports. It cost me thousands to fix out of my own pocket.
