I called for a valuation on my vehicle

I called for a valuation on my vehicle. The return call, the set up to arrange a valuation and the valuator were all great. The price offered was acceptable and I accepted. Something unexpected came up and I delayed my engagement taking the vehicle in. However 3 to 4 weeks later when I visited the show room a second sales person assessed my vehicle and offered me R20 000 less than the first person. That disappointed me. I subsequently sold my vehicle privately for R5 000 more than the initial offer.
