I bought a vehicle from We Buy Cars Silverlakes in September 2024

I bought a vehicle from We Buy Cars Silverlakes in September 2024. The vehicle was marked Platinum indicating it had passed roadworthy. Dekra confirmed it passed roadworthy on 28 August 2024. I took possession of the vehicle and the salesman, Yaseen, informed me they would send the registration documents to my closest branch, Germiston. Upon collecting the registration documents, I found a slip of paper indicating that I should buy a new license for the vehicle and I would need the roadworthy certificate, copy of my ID and proof of address. I messaged Yaseen on 2 October 2024 requesting the roadworthy certificate. He has not yet responded. I called WBC call centre on 6 January 2025 and 10 January 2025 and they refused to share the branch manager's contact number. I tried calling the salesman but his phone is continuously unavailable. So, if you are looking for after sales assistance, WBC is NOT the way to go.
