I bought a Mini Cluman, and from Day one Alex ateended to me and always responding with questions I had. I eventually took delivery of the car and was excited, but the car started giving issues with the Fan blowing hot air, I called Mini to arrange for them to have a look, the car still had the balance of the motorplan. it so happens that the motorplan was not transferred to my name, I tried to call Cane (FNI) but no Joy so I reache out to Alex Radali, he logged the call with the head office, but they dragged their feet, and reaching out to Alex once more and Angelina, the problem is now resolved as my car is now booked with Mini and will be sorted out. Alex helped with after market and following up even though it may not be his job I am assuming. Alex is the champ on this one! Thank you bro, I will recommend you to my friemds🙏🏽
