I bought 2 vehicles from we buy cars last year

I bought 2 vehicles from we buy cars last year. And no one told me that the cars have not gone for road worthy tests, 1of the cars has a DEKRA STICKER Now I can't renew my license disc's for both cars as I was advised that both cars have not went for inspection for road worthy. I'm charged penalties daily for such I also do not understand how is it that 1 of the cars was financed without a DEKRA REPORT. THIS IS AN INCONVIENCE ON MY SIDE BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS 1. I CANNOT DRIVE THE CARS AS THEY HAVE NO LISCENSE DISCS 2. THE PENALITIES IM BEING CHARGED DAILY FOR THE LISCENSE DISC 3. I MIGHT GET PENALIZED THE THE JMPD FOR NOT HAVING A RENEWED LISCENSE. PLEASE ADVISE AT YOUR EARLIESG CONVENIENCE
