I approach we buy cars since their add states that they will buy any car, even non runners

I approach we buy cars since their add states that they will buy any car, even non runners. Well to my greatest disappointment. I was actually looking to sell my non-runner and take the monies as a deposit and put it down on a vehicle on one of their sites, but was informed they are not interested. What happened to we BUY cars, they surely are not interested in buying with that stuck up attitude. Won't waste my time to buy from them again, yes I have bought previous cars from them and was very satisfied, but will think twice now
