I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the outcome provided regarding my complaint. While I acknowledge the response received, I do not believe the proposed resolution is fair or aligned with the initial terms under which the product/service was offered. The issues I raised have not been fully addressed, and the partial solution presented places an unreasonable financial burden on me as the customer. It is particularly concerning that the terms now being app**** differ from what was communicated at the time of purchase. As a result, I feel misled and unsupported in resolving this matter. I respectfully request that this case be reviewed again, taking into consideration the original agreement and the full extent of the defects/issues reported. I remain open to a fair and reasonable resolution.
