I am from Durbanville and purchased a vehicle online from the WBC branch in PE. The sales lady was Vuyo Ndiwa and she was extremely helpful during the whole transaction by responding quickly to my enquiries during the buy process and communicating progress with me. I was less thrilled by the service I got at the Brackenfell Branch of WBC to where the vehicle was transported from PE. I gave them ample notice that I would be collecting the car in a few days’ time at and made the appointment for a specific date and time. The short and long of it, when I arrived to collect, after an hour of the appointment time the car was not ready as it was still in the wash bay, temp permit still had to be arranged and then I had to wait some time for the old number plates to be removed. Thank you Vuyo at the PE branch and shame on the representative at the Brackenfell branch.
