**** service, the took my automatic dsg vw for test drive, firstly over speeding at 180km/h and then at that speed putting my vehicle in neutral then sport then neutral then drive,....., kept on doing it, the buyer told me he was trained to do so, u not supposed to pot an automatic vehicle in neutral when driving, now my gearbox is having problems, spoke to Lumart the supposed manager that doesn't answer my calls, he xomfirmed that the action of putting vehicle in neutral Wille driving was wrong, would like to know what they will do with my faulty gearbox....what or who to speak to nex Maby ombitsman, Would like to have my polo fixed as there was no problem before this incedant
