How hard can it be.

Have been struggling for over a month to get my money out of my webuycars account back into my bank account since I am no longer buying a vehicle from you. The call center is no help and neither is anyone I've spoken to at the Midstream branch, no one knows what to do. The fact that Im giving a bad review in an attempt to get someone with authority's attention is embarrassing.
