Horror experience at we buy cars especially germiston branch

I bought two vehicles online from germiston branch. 1.the consultant was unable to allocate instant payments due to fact he was buying time cause he was assisting another client ..one of the vehicle had issues upon inspection and test drive which wasn't disclosed on the dekra or comments. So I decided not to take it as it was major ones ..I requested for a refund no feedback no outcome. Sales person I need to contact them for feedback. I bought several cars from them first time dealing with such has customer service disappeared from we buy cars.wont buy again due to this service received
