HORRIFIC. RICHMOND. FEELS LIKE A BUSINESS ****?

Richmond branch. Chandre & Mmatshepo. Avoid at all costs. Bought car in June 2024. No car since November 2024. Ten months of payments with no car. No acknowledgement that we would like to cancel a car we have not been able to drive. Case number assigned but ZERO communication. We don't even know what the case number covers. No acknowledgement that we sent the car in before the 6 month warranty. No response to multiple emails over last month. ZERO response. Call centre refuses to put us thru to Chandre & Mmatshepo. Sales person doesn’t return calls. Repair centre now phoning us about the car that We Buy Cars sent to get fixed. To mention again: bought car in June 2024, car went in to get repaired in Nov 2024. 13 months of payments for a car we haven’t had since November 2024.

I have now heard hundreds of horror stories from other people who have bought a broken car and have had no recourse. This is the way they do business? There are better places to buy cars from.
