Horrific customer experience at WeBuyCars.

Worst dealership I’ve ever heard of in my buying cars experience. Amarah Patel from client service has ghosted me for weeks. Senior Cars Sales Manager Masene from North Gate Branch, should just not work with clients, has no client service ethic. I’m struggling to cancel the vehicle asset financing, I have paid the usage fee, yet there’s no confirmation of closing the account. I have been to the branch in Germiston to escalate the matter, I’m receiving no help. I’m yet to see another debit order for a car that’s broken and not in my possession since 2025/12/09. I will never set foot in that dealership again.
