Horrific borderline ****** service Epping

Flew down from JHB to their Epping Branch(Cape Town)

I can’t shake off the feeling that ****** conduct is going on there, a whole day of black customers complaining to white service consultant. Personally arrived at 8:AM and only left at 15:30PM because everything took 30 minutes including being told by the branch manager that I could be engaging in money laundering because I was buying the car cash.

While I understand that the branch has only been open for 2 months now, nothing justifies what I witnessed there.
