Horrible sevice
Bough a B category car which has full service history and impressive dekra report. Only two issues which would cost less than R3K to fix according to Jaguar dealer. I could not reach 15km from we buy cars to home and begun to hear strange sound. Mase a u turn to we buy cars springfield branch. Sales person spoke to manager who said car should be test driven by their mechanic. Mechanic stated that shocks and brakes need to replaced. The branch is reluctant to fix or cancel the deal. The car is still with them and they want me to take car as is. They deceived me by their report . Please fix the car or keep your car as it is in your possession

20 Sept 2022, 15:20Received rejection letter only talking about cancellation. All Im asking is to please fix faults which are not in the Dekra report. The car is still with the branch as it was returned within 45 minutes of delivery. Surely, you have not lost anything if you cancel the deal or fix shocks and brakes. In my view, you have failed to declare in the report that shocks need to be replaced so are the brakes. SURELY, if you care for your customers you should fix things which were not declared
