Horrible service we buy cars

I just want to share the horrible experience me and my wife are currently going through because of we buy cars, we bought a car on finance and was told the car was warrantied which on two months of having the car, the car was leaking which we took to Ford but we were advised that the car will be towed to jag auto. They dropped the car at jag autos and didn't even share our information with jag auto we had to car the client care department only to be given the run around this happened two weeks ago and we still waiting for we buy cars to resolve the issue nothing until today
