Horrible Service from Tumelo Nkosi

Poor service, this guy by the name Tumelo Nkosi from we buy cars he made me drive all the way to Dekra, just for him to switch off his phone and took the whole day without responding to me and I was still waiting for my voucher which he said himself he will print and send to me for roadworthy purposes, now i looked like a fool at Dekra waiting untill they knocked off, I even contacted call centre and they said they sent an email to him and his manager Antony and none of them bothered to come back to me, whilst I wasted my Petrol and my time driving to dekra, this Tumelo guy is very ***********, I can never refer him to anyone, now I'm stuck with 2 cars that ilare not roadworthy as I cannot renew the licence disk of my other car as this one is still not in order, now I have to be in trouble with the police officers driving vehicles that are not roadworthy, we buy cars only help you when you are buying a car, afterwards forget it you will have to follow up with everything you need done in the car.
