Horrible Service from Ntombikhona Muwende We buy cars team Springfield

I bought a car on the 6th January 2025 through the we buy cars app. Vehicle was in Springfield and I in East London. After paying the reservation fee. I was allocated to a Ntombikhona Muwende. Everything was fine up until I made full payment for the vehicle. I would call with no luck text and she would give me selective responses. Eventually after fighting and finding the vehicle carriers who would bring the vehicle to East London. The vehicle came and it's a non runner. I would have never bought and paid transport for a car that's not driving. Tried to call Ntombikhona and she blocked me. Yes I managed to get hold of a manager at her branch and was assured he will assist me. But I would not recommend Ntombikhona as your sales person if you want peace.
