Horrible service

I bought a car on Auction , they did not list important roadworthy issues on Dekra, when you complain they will tell you you bought the car on Auction thus

Section 55(1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”) states that the rights afforded by section 55 of the CPA does not apply to goods purchased on auction. They will also withhold your deposit for weeks

Be aware with these ones which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves
