Horrible Service

I have such a horrible experience with We Buy Cars. I bought an H1 Hyundai at the Dome branch. From the onside the I salesperson Ash gave us a vehicle that was not road worthy and said we can bring it back so that it can go back for repairs, only to find out that two months down the line the vehicle has an engine. I didn't have a problem with if they could replace the vehicle with another one but however. when you go through their customer care, they don't seem to care about their customers, It has been almost 5 months without a vehicle. Now I had to cancel the deal and got another deal somewhere else however they are failing to refund me my deposit. I lost another deal. This is so unprofessional. The same proof of payment which was submitted when we bought the vehicle, now they decline it. The proof of payment has the reference number they provided me and their bank details, but their accounts declined to refund me and I lost another deal. I phoned my bank and submitted bank statement but the still declined the bank statement and the statement charged me to be downloaded plus the long call I made to the bank.

They have on their records that the money was paid however they are refusing with my money even though I don't have their asset. I want my money back. Kevin and Shane dont seem to be helpful as I do follow ups but nothing is two weeks now waiting fo the refund.
