Horrible service

Vino Ragolane at customer care is the WORST service client care advisor I have ever worked with in my entire life. So tired of her ignoring my emails and refusing to talk to me over the phone so if anyone from We buy cars sees this, please plead with her to respond to my mails. A simple process that could have been solved long ago is taking longer than it should because she is choosing to ignore me while everything of mine is in place.
