horrible service

The level of customer service is terrible, and they have no regard for your money whatsoever, I bought a vehicle for which I had already paid a R5000 deposit for. I requested for financing and they told me it can only be financed through a capitec personal loan as it is a Class B vehicle, to which I agreed and authorised them to proceed with the loan they then came and told me ,to my confusion, that some other banks had approved my financing, to which they came back again and told me "no it is a class B so it can only be financed through capitec, by this time it was already a few days after the purchase and they came and told me they have cancelled the deal but are keeping my money because it was not concluded within 48 hours "company policy" they told me.

the problem is: I was timely in my dealings and correspondence they were the ones who were uncoordinated which eventually led to time being wasted so that they can hit me with the "48 hours company policy" line.

these people are ***** and they have no sense of ethical business practice, it is a shame that we have to deal with being taken advantage of by big corporations in this country where people don't have R5000 to spare let alone throw down the drain.

I would not advise anyone to buy a car from this company, they will take your money with NO REMORSE.
