Horrible service!

Sale reversal night mare ! What a horrible experience! I bought a car from wbc it broke down the next day ! It had issues that were not mentioned on the dekra report, I reported the issue the car was collected back . I have asked for sale reversal it’s been 3 weeks now still no assistance, just endless run arounds! I am about to pay a debit order for a car I don’t even have ! The sales guy Nathaniel blocked me , Shane & Damien won’t take my calls , Ruan promised to help when I visited the branch but still no luck. If anyone sees this please don’t be naive like I was it’s not worth it ! My 1st car experience has been ruined because of WeBuyCars the Dome
