Horrible Experience with WeBuyCars – Still No Logbook After Over Two Months!

I would strongly advise against buying a car from WeBuyCars because of the absolute nightmare I’ve been dealing with. I bought a car from them on November 19, and to this day—over two months later—I still haven’t received my logbook.

From the beginning, they told me I needed to register under the eNatis system, which I did. After completing the registration, I immediately notified them, expecting things to move forward smoothly. But what happened? Nothing. No logbook, no updates, no proper communication—just delay after delay.

I have followed up multiple times, yet WeBuyCars has failed to do their job. This is completely unacceptable, and it shows how little they care about their customers after they’ve taken your money. Imagine paying for a car and being left in limbo for months, unable to get the necessary documents!

This kind of horrible treatment should be a warning to anyone considering buying a car from WeBuyCars. If this is how they handle something as basic as issuing a logbook, imagine what could go wrong with other aspects of their service.
