Horrible Experience With WeBuyCars Silverlakes

I had an incredibly horrific experience with WeBuyCars Silverlakes. I collected a vehicle I bought from them last week Friday on the 28th of July 2023. Monday the 31st of July 2023, I had the car serviced and assessed. To my shocking surprise the car was involved in a major accident and this was not disclosed, it had missing bolts and nuts on the engine and gearbox mounting which is a major concern. Furthermore, some parts of the gearbox were welded, the exhaust pipe and oil sump were also welded which is also a major concern and very alarming and endangered my life.

How on earth did Dekra, who inspects so many cars a month for your company, give this car a clean bill of health? This is very concerning to think that this car passed the roadworthy tests as clean and healthy and had a gold sticker on it.

I took the car back and left it at the dealership and Thabang the sales person was very helpful. I would not recommend WeBuyCars to anyone. They promised to cancel the contract and I want this to be done ASAP. They clearly do not care about their customers lives. Don't trust their Dekra reports, very important information gets omitted from those reports.
