Horrible experience

Horrible experience I can't trade-in my car with other garage's because we buy cars sold me a car that was written off. I went to the branch Germiston where I bought the car, they logged a call and gave me reference number. Some lady gave me a call on the 2nd March 2026 I told her what happened she promised to call me back today it the 18 March I'm still waiting. And when I call customer service, they put you on hold for like 30min, I tried so many times sometimes they don't answer. When they answer I give them reference number no one wants to help me. My car is still under Gomo finance unfortunately they came on the 10th March to take the car because I didn't make payment end of February because I wanted to sort out this issue. I can't be paying for something that is broken. Yesterday 17 March I've received a sms from Gomo finance saying they will sell the car R22 000, I still owe Gomo finance R98 000 but they will sell the car R22 000. I don't trust we buy cars because I bought this December 2022 and couple of months when I bought the car it started giving me problems. I can't drive long distance, it loosing power, engine lite it red, battery doesn't last. Now I don't have a car. What makes me angry it no one is giving me a call back from we buy cars It wrong what they are doing I've spend a lot of money paying for that car closed to R160 000 now finance will sell R22 000 I even have proof that the car they sold me was written off. I'm a single mother working in retail, We buy cars horrible experience
