Horrible experience!

I had a horrible experience with "We Buy Cars" in Port Elizabeth. I will most definitely never recommend "We Buy Cars" to anybody. The facts are as follows: My private company bought a bakkie from them and the bakkie qualifies for a VAT claim. The salesman was very friendly and obviously knows his job as a salesman but he had absolutely NO idea of the administrative requirements and the admin department's procedures. It seemed to me that my transaction was the very first sale ever made by We Buy Cars. I asked myself: "Is this really the first vehicle that these guys are selling?", because they were clueless.

The transaction was delayed by a few days even after full payment has been made as the admin department came up with more and more additional requirements every so often. I was also offered a two year extended warranty plan for ±R12 000. This turned out to be incorrect since the actual cost was around R14 500 only on condition that I also pay ±R3800 admin ("service delivery"-) fee plus ±R2 300 for licencing and registration in other words closer to R21 000. A blatant lie!

I assume that the average person buys less that 10 cars in his/her total life time, may be even less. The purchase of a car is therefore suppose to be a good experience and something to be enjoyed and celebrated. This was however so badly ruined in this instance! Never again!
