Horrible experience at We buy cars the Dome,they are *****ulently collecting my money without my consent

Horrible experience from we buy cars @the Dome , bad after sale experience, I had a 2 year warranty cover with them that expired on the 7th of August , they keep debiting my money after the policy has been cancelled when I spoke to the FNI she advised that September the 20th was the last debit to my surprise the bank that Iam financed with sent me October statement the warranty is still included after them advising me that September was the last debit but to my surprise Iam still going to pay on the 20th of October,this is ***** as I have detailed email of them confirming to me that it’s cancelled and I won’t pay again starting this month,what’s ****ing me off is Iam the one who keeps calling and sending emails with no feedback or answers regarding my hard earned money that they are *****ulently trying to collect, I need answers and this needs to stop Iam tired .
