HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE WITH WE BUY CARS

Very disappointed in we buy cars Silverlake's after taking our car for a test drive and the salesman confirming that the passenger side has a problem which they though was a wheel bearing. We bought it because it has a full service book and it has a gold Dekra sticker on it which means it has been checked so it wont cost much to fix a wheeler bearing. Took it to a mechanical work shop the cv were not correctly placed and they confirmed the shocks leaking and the bracket in front is faulty, went back to we buy cars lodged a concern go no feed ack took the car for its Dekra roadworthy, it failed due to the bracket and leaking shocks. The sales man guaranteed us that they would fix it and pay for the roadworthy, we just need to get a quote for the repairs through their accredited workshops which we did. We called and followed up for almost two weeks after demanding to talk to the manger we get an email from Kyle at Silverlake's informing us they are not going to fix anything and that we can go to the ombudsman and that is exactly what we have done, will never ever recommend them to anyone.
