Horrible customer service when getting refund for auction deposit.

I entered an auction but didnt get the car. I then asked to get my R5000 deposit money back. This was weeks ago. I get told that it will come through in a few days, but those days pass and nothing. When I call, I get told they will check and get back to me, but never do. When I send emails, 90% of the time there is no response to my emails. When there is a response, I'm told they'll look into it and get back to me, but they never get back to me. Horrible customer service. I just want my money back.
