Horrible customer service...

Horrible customer service... We bought our car cash in February 2022. When it came to renewing the license disc it cost me getting a roadworthy certificate (WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SALE) (we buy cars don't give you a voucher for roadworthy when you buy a car cash) Thereafter it cost me R 1 316.60 (Normal cost to get the license renewed is R714) to get my license renewed. First issue is that the salesman who helped us changed my address after we gave him all the correct details he still managed to get it wrong. I've asked what the admin fees are that we had to pay for with the purchase of the car seeing as I had to pay for every single thing to get the license disc, but still no answer. I send follow up e-mails but no one responds this has been going on since 14 September!
