Helpdesk never gets ...
Helpdesk never gets back to you.. The online request callback don't work.. The whatsapp agents never answer. The Dekra report was incorrect. Only reason for not getting 1 start is that at least they transferred ownership, but then send papers to wrong location, so now I have to occur more cost to get paperwork.
