We get told to treet our clients right but management does not no how to treet staff. We use to be a nice happy family at we buy cars now you are just a namber. We get told almost always how bad we are how useles we are and worthless and then you must still smile and sell carrs. Nobody care anymore. I regret working there but i dont have a choise it is dificult to find work.
