Have not received car papers to register.

Good day, My husband went and brought a car on the 17th of Feb in JHB South sales executive was Donald Brinklow we have been asking since then for the NATIS papers so we can register the car on our name it is now the 27th of Feb and we still have not received the papers. Please can someone get back to me as to when we will receive the papers?
