Have had terrible after sales service from Thato and his sales manager at the Midstream branch, has been a week since I asked him to get back to me. Requested his sales manager to contact me and a day gone by and nothing, that is terrible customer service!.. Paid for the car, paid for the transport service and they have excuses that they don't know how to load the car, from a company that only deals with cars, really?.. shocking!.. The other branches were great but Midstream needs attention on their service!.. rated 1 star because there isn't a 0 option! :(
