Gutter Stuff!

Terrible service. If there was a zero, I would have chosen that instead. If you are buying a car via finance, budget a couple of thousands of Rands for airtime and Uber because the follow up process is ridiculous, and people there just misplace your papers for whatever reasons. The way they treat the car finance option as if its second class, you`d think everyone who buys a car there comes with suitcases of cash. Some of the guys who work there don't even know what documents are required for the finance option! It's pathetic.

Theres also a serious disconnect between the call centre and the people on the sales floor. Infact the call centre is a complete waste and they should just give out direct numbers instead. 0 out of 5.
