Great service from Riedewaan Kariem at WeBuyCars Epping

On the 27 June 2025 my daughter and I visited the Epping branch of WeBuyCars. because we we interested to buy a vehicle on their floor. We arrived there at 11:00 waited for about 20 minutes before we could speak to a salesperson. He was busy with 3 other clients at the same time and kept us waiting. At about 14:00 we were still not seen to. I then approached a different sales person by the name of Riedewaan Karim. He immediately helped us. We took the vehicle for test drive and were very happy with it. Riedewaan immediately made the arrangement for us to sign an offer to purchase after we paid a reserve fee of R5000, and helped arrange finance. The following day he took the vehicle for roadworthy. The vehicle failed the roadworthy due to some fault with the steering bushes. At this point he informed us that the fault did not appear on the DEKRA and it was their problem and that they will cover the cost to fix it. The vehicle passed the roadworthy after it was fixed and we took delivery of the vehicle within a week of the visit to the branch. During that week Riedewaan kept us updated on the purchase process the entire week. Riedewaan Kariem did a great job from the first time we chatted to him up to the reimbur*****t of the reserve fee.
