Great representative

Just want to say a special thanks to Gerhard. He kept me updated when necessary and he made it clear that I can ask him any questions during the process. There was an extreme delay due to other factors but he made sure I got the car I needed. Was a great but also long experience but in the end I was extremely grateful.
