Great customer service

i Would like to highlight the guys from we buy cars south of Johannesburg (AEROTON) for incredible patience and service in helping me get a new car. I had unfortunately been handed a non road worthy car from the Durban branch. When I arrived in JHB a few days after the car had major issues so I brought it into the JHB south branch. My issue was dealt with by the manager Dan who took care of all the behind the scenes stuff and paperwork, while on the floor I had the pleasure of having Tim Atkinson assist me in sourcing a new vehicle. The wait wasn’t short as it took me a good two weeks to find the perfect car. I can happily say that when the vehicle I chose finally arrived for delivery I knew I had made the right choice. I would like to show my appreciation yet again for the team as their awesome customer service was above and beyond where most people would go. Thanks yet again guys.
