Got my money, but no invoice

I purchased a vehicle on auction last week and collected it on Monday. I was told that the Tax Invoice had been sent via email, but it has still not been received.

Three emails this week have gone unanswered, and getting anyone to answer the phone is like waiting for Eskom to end load shedding.
