I would like to to share my experience buying a vehicle from We buy cars Midstream. I saw a vehicle on the we buy cars website that I was interested in purchasing. Myself and my wife decided to go purchase the vehicle on Friday 2/10/2020. We arrived at the branch searching for the vehicle. I spoke to a salesman asking him on the whereabouts of this vehicle. He searched and told me that the vehicle is not available, it has been sent to the workshop and it has been sold. Myself and my wife was so disappointed, we requested for Bolt to take us home.

Saturday morning 3/10/2020 I checked the website again and the vehicle was still available. I quickly contacted we buy cars switchboard and they put me through to Patrick Tshabalala salesman at we buy cars midstream. I explained to him the story, and immediately he starting searching for the vehicle. We were constantly communicating via whatsapp. Saturday afternoon, he told me he still did not find the vehicle and he is positive that the vehicle is available.

Monday morning, Patrick phoned me with good news that he found the vehicle and he has reserved for me until I come to the branch.

I would like to thank Patrick Tshabalala for all the effort he has put in to make sure that I purchase the vehicle I wanted.
