Good experience overall, but VERY POOR financing assistance

We purchased a vehicle from WeBuyCars Silverlakes about a week ago. Overall, our experience was good. The car salesmen were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and we cannot complain about their service. The only downfall was the service we received from their in-house F&I (Financing) division. I do not like to point out names, but we were assisted by Annelee Cronje and her attitude was terrible throughout the financing process. As first time buyers, she often made us feel 'stupid', treated us as just a number and was very unpleasant overall. Also very unprofessional. WeBuyCars Silverlakes must be made aware of this, so that they can address her overall attitude. On a positive note, we are very happy with our vehicle so far!
