Good and Bad experience.

The experience I had with Webuycars the Dome was good and a bad. I would like to say thank you to the Branch manager Dan Harber , from the moment he received my complaint his been helpful up until my issue was resolved. His been a true professional throughout and his knowledge for good customer service is TOP, big up, you have shown me true leadership, you did you level best however the same cannot be said about Ruan be Koker the ops manager, the guy lacks respect and his customer service is awful, he must stop undermining people, he has a stinking attitude, I wonder how he got the promotion he got and his going to make you loose customers. I can tell you now I'm not the first and last customer to complain about the guy.
