Gold sticker car faulty- delay in resolution of problem!

I bought a car cash from the Silver Lakes branch. The car had a good sticker, meaning it had no issues that needed attention, however the first day with the car, the steering wheel light came on. Less than a week later the engine light started flashing. I took the car for diagnosis and it was found that this car had many issues!

Since reporting this issue, We Buy Cars service is repulsive! They are taking their time resolving this issue as I do NOT want this car anymore.

I went to the branch twice with no feedback, they tell me they have been calling me, yet I have no calls received from them.

I just want my money back @Webuycars!

I am beyond disappointed with the kind of service I’m receiving regarding sorting this out, whereas when the car was bought CASH, the service was fast.

This must be sorted out ASAP! I am NOT a happy client 😡
