Gold A Certified, Yet Undriveable!
Gold! Category A! Very good on all attributes! Yet, the vehicle gave issues the very same night. Less than a month It went into limp mode. The repair quote was declined due to "stated errors" on the Dekra report—errors that were not mentioned at all! They used an unsigned, unseen diagnostics report to deny the repair or refund, citing a super blurred images they themselves cannot make out. Not to mention, based on these so-called "issues," im sure the vehicle would not even qualify as Gold Category A. Over 46 cases and counting at NCC & MOISA in just the last 6 months huge red flag. Very disappointed—had a bit of hope in the brand.

While the situation was frustrating i truly appreciate the effort taken to find a resolution. It’s reassuring to see steps taken toward fairness, and I hope this experience leads to better transparency for future buyers.
