Going the extra mile!

After we had a mishap with the new car we bought, Inus went above and beyond to either get the vehicle repaired before the December holidays or find a replacement for us. He communicated with us daily via WhatsApp and calls for a week. Trying his best to sort out this situation rather than to leave it to the customer service centre. Yesterday we found the perfect replacement and he made sure that we were satisfied with the replacement found.
