Ghost customer service

On the 9th of August 2021 I requested a copy of my car's contract from the customer service department, they responded (Rory and Elroy) the following day asking for the sales person's name who assisted me. I told them it was Reinhard from the Montague Gardens branch. No one has attempted to get in contact with me from that day. IT HAS BEEN 9 MONTHS SINCE MY REQUEST. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I attempted to get in contact with them again 4 days ago to no avail. They really should give you a printout when you get your car. Disgusted with the service.
