Getting to big... WBC...

Dear WBC, I just cancelled a transaction https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/Honda/HR-V/*** with WBC because of terrible service and forcing me to purchase warranties that I don't want. It is not my first car with you but you wasted my time, so I won't buy another vechile from you. People don't respond when I tried to purchase through the website, your call centre makes we wait 1 call 10 minute- no result, 1 13 minutes- no result. No respoce on e-mail. Had to go back to the Silverlakes to get a responce... Got Tshepo to help me, he assinged a sales person, submitted everything again, asking of documents already submitted in many mails. At no stage I was made aware of compulsary warranties I had to take out on the vechicle. All the best for the future, I do have lots of other otions...
