Germiston branch is a nightmare

Webuycars Germiston is a nightmare till today they have not attempted to deal with my query,I have on all their platforms and they choose to ignore me,I have had a car for almost a month registration not done and their permit has expired refusing to issue me another one,now I'm stuck with a debt of the car that I can't use due to their negligence and they not even bothered, only giving me their automated response ,I phone their call center only to be told they advise me to park the car until the registration is done on the other side the branch is advising me to drive an unroadworthy car they will pay for the fines and it's about the fines but respecting south African law ,what happens if meet up in an accident, who will take responsibilities, I'm so disappointed with withbuycars period
